SPRING IS IN THE AIR

While spring is a good time to sweep away the cobwebs in the domestic scene, it equally applies to the office work environment. A fresh lick of paint in communal areas, adding plants, and replacing old or broken office furniture can breathe a new lease of life not just for the building but for the staff that work within., I think fresh ideas that make the work environment more pleasurable and efficient to work in definitely improves productivity, but communication is key no matter on what level and instilling teamwork and a sense of belonging can be a difficult one especially in large open plan offices when people are just too busy to notice others around them.
