Pralibel Hungerford

Terry Harvey is a valued client of Axiom with whom we have worked for a number of years. He has a highly successful chain of greeting card and gift shops for which, as an independent, he has won numerous industry awards. In November 2010 Terry agreed to take the first chocolate shop outlet in the UK for the Belgian Chocolatier brand Pralibel whom Axiom had been working with developing the brand fixturing for the UK. It was a challenge to reconcile the differing requirements of Pralibel, their product distributor and the retailer. Jobs don't always go right first time with so many unknowns. Sometimes it's the speed of response when the unexpected happens which is the key to ensuring clients remain happy.
