Client Case Study – The Churches Conservation Trust

27-11-2014

Challenge: The designer working for The Churches Conservation Trust contacted us for advice on a system suitable to produce a travelling road show run in association with The Shakespeare Birthplace Trust. This was for a display regarding William Shakespeare’s wedding. The display needed to be robust and although contemporary in style, allow the textual graphics to be the most prominent feature of the display. The trust also wanted POD to install at the first venue and then move the display to each of the subsequent tour venues. Action: During a meeting at our showroom with the clients, the designer and her client chose our Centro system to be the one that closely fitted their brief. As all the units are stock items, the design templates could be emailed immediately for artwork to begin. Solution: The stock hardware was delivered awaiting installation and the designs proofed to the client for approval prior to printing. Supplied as a full visual render, it was simple for the client to agree the final layout and sign the job off for production. POD included part of a range of cable-mounted poster and literature holders in the display, so that the Trust could change the posters at will and dispense marketing leaflets about the project. Success: The display was first set up at the Mary Arden House in Stratford-Upon-Avon by our team, and successfully completed the tour to the satisfaction of the Trust.
