Marlin Stainless Steel Motors are able to assist you in order to reduce down-time for cleaning, maintenance and repair.

When food, beverage or pharmaceutical production plants are washed down, the motors can be subjected to high pressure jets of often high-temperature water, or aggressive cleaning agents.

The motor body, shaft, fan cover, gamma seal and fixings are 304 series stainless steel. This chemically resistant surface with no paint to flake off is ideally suited for use in hygienic applications. A range of seal options, which includes stainless steel, is available in order to suit your specific application.

EUROPEAN manufactured and exceeding IP66 during external testing, the Marlin Stainless range is a proven design suitable for CIP (Clean in Place) areas as well as washroom situations. A Viton double lip seal and a second GAMMA seal fitted on the shaft are examples of the attention to detail for protection against any potential ingress during wash down.
