Do I need an account to place an order? No. Anybody can place an order with us as long as it over our minimum order. Is there a minimum order? Yes, but it is only £5.00 (goods value) plus vat. Is vat included in the prices on your website? No. Vat is charged extra at the current rate. Can I collect? Yes, we welcome collection and in fact the majority of our customers prefer to collect, save delivery costs and view other items at the same time. How much is delivery? Delivery is based on what your total order is, how far we have to deliver, type of items and speed of delivery required. We will always agree delivery charges before any payment is taken. The minimum carriage charge is £15.00. Many new products are now available online only and delivered direct from our secondary warehouse, where stated this will be delivered direct with no additional carriage charge or can be collected from our main warehouse with 24h notice. Are the items on your website the only items which you do? No. Items on our website are our most popular items. We are continually adding to our shopfittings range. We also supply a range of special order and bespoke items. Please send your enquiries by email, phone, fax or our on-line enquiry page. How do I pay for the shopfittings which I order? We accept Visa debit/credit/electron/delta/charge-card, mastercard, maestro, switch, solo, cash, direct payment (BACS, CHAPS, Bank Transfers etc). If I order something wrongly, do you accept returns? Please see terms and conditions. Do you do fitting as well as just supply? Our company does not fit, however we would be happy to recommend fitters to fit products that you buy from us.
