Trend forecasters at Pantone, the global authority on colour and suppliers of professional colour standards for the design industries, recently announced their colour of the year for 2012. PANTONE® 17-1463 TANGERINE TANGO A vivacious, enticing hue. Tangerine Tango, a spirited reddish orange, continues to provide the energy boost we need to recharge and move forward in 2012. Over the past few years, orange has increased in popularity and acceptance among designers and consumers on the High street. This shade, Tangerine Tango, is a provocative attention-getter and is especially appealing in men’s and women’s retail fashion. “Sophisticated but at the same time dramatic and seductive, Tangerine Tango is an orange with a lot of depth to it.
