Stablecroft Conference Products specializes in making perforated paper for badge printing, available in various sizes, from standard credit card dimensions to A5. Their perforated paper for A6 badges comes pre-cut on A4 sheets. Each A6 badge insert measures 105mm wide by 148mm high, with four inserts per sheet and no margins, making them easy to tear apart.

A single pack includes enough paper to produce 200 delegate name badges. The badge inserts are made from 120gsm paper, suitable for both laser and inkjet printers. The sturdy weight also helps in easily separating individual badges.

Currently, the white version is readily available as stock, but custom colors can be ordered. The turnaround time for colored options is typically around two weeks.

In addition to the perforated paper, Stablecroft offers A6 portrait-style name badges that work perfectly with these inserts. They can be used with either a single or double-ended lanyard. An improved badge design was launched in 2025 to enhance usability and appearance.
