Our perforated badge paper comes in sheets that can fit 8 badges per page, all on standard A4 sheets. Each individual badge pocket measures 97x74mm. We also offer a sturdy PVC vinyl name badge that works perfectly with this paper—great for attaching to both single and dual clip lanyards.

The paper itself is 120gsm, making it suitable for use with either inkjet or laser printers.  If needed, we can produce this in heavier weights, but we’ve found that 120gsm works perfectly —it’s thick enough for the perforations to tear cleanly, yet not so heavy that it jams your printer. For projects requiring heavier card, we can offer perforated paper up to 170gsm as a special order.
