Carpet Cookie Cutter repair tool features four blades that cut a 3 1/8" circle in carpet for making repairs.  Fix burns, holes, stains, rips, tears or any other defect using carpet remnants or carpet from a hidden area.  Made from polished cast aluminium, this tool has a spring loaded depth pivot pin to make precise cuts.
