Bleep, RBT 2014, Earls Court London

The design brief We have been providing exhibition services to Bleep Plc for over a decade.They approached us in late 2013 about designing a new exhibition stand to use from 2014 onwards. They also requested that we adapt their existing GH Display built stand, with the view of installing it as a permanent display feature at their London office. The guys at Bleep were after a high quality, bright and solid exhibition stand that would showcase their award winning electronic point of sale systems. The exhibition stand needed to have working digital technology throughout so that Bleep could provide a working product range for their exhibition visitors to try out at the show. The solution The previously used exhibition stand was adapted, refurbished where necessary and then installed by the GH Display team into Bleep’s London showroom. For the new exhibition stand we designed an 8m x 3m satin white stand featuring a tower with large wall mounted product podium and branded with halo illuminated signage. The exhibition had satin white laminated walls with feature graphics and spotlights. In the main floor area there were six product podiums, three were floor standing and three were wall mounted. Each podium had a sculpted curved base, colour changing LED feature lights, clean lines and were branded with the company logo. The white finish, coupled with the black carpet and LED lighting created a crisp, lean and beautifully streamlined flawless finish. The working products, touch screens and mounted plasma’s were perfect for showcasing Bleep’s product range interactively. The outcome Bleep reported a successful show, excellent visitor feedback and a record level of sales leads for their product range. Following this show GH Display were asked to adapt this 8m x 3m stand so that it could be used at the Restaurant Show 2014 in a stand space allowing for a 7m x 3m exhibition. A few months later and following the success at the Restaurant Show Bleep once again requested that we reconfigure the stand, but this time to allow it to be used as a 4m x 3m exhibition stand. We have completed all these configurations and the stand will be used once again throughout 2015 as its original 8m x 3m size, highlighting the flexibility and adaptability of our custom exhibition stands.
